Billing terms and cancelling

No minimum term on monthly plans. Here is what cancelling means in practice.

No minimum term on monthly plans

Monthly plans have no minimum term and can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans are paid upfront for the year at a lower rate than paying monthly. Current prices for both are in Doorkeep plans and pricing. Annual plans are not refunded or prorated if you cancel partway through the year.

Cancelling

The account owner can cancel any time from Settings → Account. No penalties, no phone call required to talk you out of it. You keep full access through the end of your current billing period, monthly or annual. Subscription fees already paid are not refunded. Call minutes over your plan's allowance in that final period are still billed after it ends. See the Terms of Service for details.

Feedback is appreciated but not required. Step by step instructions are in Cancel your subscription.

Coming back later

If you cancel or lapse and want to restart, you can subscribe again on the same account. See Restart after canceling or lapsing.

Changing plans

You can upgrade from Starter to Professional at any time. On an annual plan the difference is prorated.
