Additional minutes are $2.00 each
Everything in Starter, plus call lists with multiple people so calls rotate until someone answers, Staff Contacts that put maintenance techs and contractors on your call lists without needing a login, and reporting with per-property breakdowns.
How minutes work
Included minutes reset each billing period and do not roll over. All connected call time counts, including the AI conversation, hold time, and transfer legs. Full detail is in Included minutes and overage charges.
What you are never charged extra for
Properties. Unlimited, on both plans.
Team members. Unlimited. No per-seat charge.
Setup. No setup fee, no onboarding fee, no implementation fee.
The only thing that can appear on top of your plan is usage above your included minutes.
