The account owner can download a copy of the account's communications data at any time. Doorkeep prepares a zip file in the background and emails you a secure download link.
Request an export
Go to Settings → Account and find Export your data.
Click Request data export.
When it's ready, you get an email with a download link.
What's in it
Contacts, call transcripts and summaries, interactions, SMS messages, and a recordings manifest.
What to expect
The download link expires 48 hours after it's sent, and you need to be signed in as an account owner to use it.
One export is prepared at a time. If one is already in progress, wait for its email.
Past requests are listed under Recent exports on the export page.
