Every call your assistant answers lands in the Call Log, with a summary, the recording, and the transcript. This article covers finding a call, reading a call record, and marking it resolved.
The Call Log
Click Call Log in the sidebar.
Use All, Needs attention, Emergency, Important, and Routine to filter the list. The numbers count calls that are still open.
Open calls are listed under Needs attention. Each row shows the call's title, the property and caller, how long it lasted, and when it came in.
Click Resolve on a row when you've dealt with it. Resolved calls move to Earlier, where Reopen brings one back.
Click a row to open the call.
Read a call record
The top line shows whether the call is open or resolved, its category, and when it came in.
The summary says what the caller needed and what your assistant did. Click Edit to correct it.
Follow-up suggests what to do next.
Activity lists what happened on the call in order. Click + Add note to add your own note.
Recording plays the call. You can change the speed or download it.
Transcript shows the conversation line by line. Copy copies the transcript, and Download saves the call recording.
On the right you'll see the Caller (click View to open their contact), the Property, the Priority, the Category, the caller's mood, the call's length, and any Previous calls from the same caller. You can change the property, priority, or category from the menus there.
Resolve or archive a call
Mark Resolved closes the call. On a resolved call, Reopen opens it again.
Archive takes the call off your Call Log list. It is not deleted.
For how long recordings and transcripts are kept, see Fair Housing, call recording, and your data.
