Short answer: Doorkeep works fully without any PMS integration, and the integrations that exist today are in Beta.

All three are in Beta. You can connect your credentials today and the connection will test successfully, but active data sync is still rolling out. Treat these as early access rather than a finished integration.

Not supported, and not on the near-term roadmap. If an AppFolio integration is a requirement for you, we would rather say so now than sell around it.

Data import is live and fully working. You can bring in tenants and contacts by CSV, vCard, or paste, with AI-assisted column mapping to sort out the fields. Most customers are set up this way in a few minutes.

Doorkeep answers calls, detects emergencies, transfers with context, and documents everything without touching your PMS. The integrations add convenience to contact syncing. They are not a prerequisite.
