Alongside email and text, Doorkeep keeps a feed of your notifications inside the app. Open it from Notifications in the sidebar.
Finding it
Click Notifications near the bottom of the left sidebar. A badge shows how many unread notifications you have.
Two tabs
Notifications: alerts about important and emergency calls, plus any leasing or maintenance calls you chose to be emailed about, and account notices such as contact updates. Each item shows who it was sent to and how (in-app, email, or text).
Call texts: a log of the text messages Doorkeep sent your team about calls, newest first.
Using the feed
Items about a call open that call's details. Opening an item marks it read.
You can also mark items read without opening them, one at a time or all at once, to clear the badge.
When there's nothing new, the feed says No notifications.
What to expect
The feed is an at-a-glance history. It works alongside your email preferences and your Call List texts; it doesn't replace them.
The feed shows the account you're currently viewing. If you belong to more than one account, switch accounts to see the other feed.
